This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


1. Shipping Locations

PrimeZoon currently ships orders across all cities in Saudi Arabia, including:

  • Riyadh

  • Jeddah

  • Dammam

  • Makkah

  • Madinah

  • Khobar

  • And all other major regions

International shipping is not available at the moment.


2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within:

  • 1–2 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays)

Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our delivery partner.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities / Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier load, weather conditions, or public holidays.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are displayed during checkout.
Charges may vary based on:

  • Customer’s location

  • Weight and size of the package

  • Ongoing promotions (e.g., free shipping offers)

Sometimes we offer Free Shipping on selected products or order values.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive a tracking number by SMS or email

  • You can track your shipment through the courier’s tracking link

If tracking details do not appear immediately, please allow a few hours for the system to update.


6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts.

If the customer is unreachable or the address is incorrect:

  • The package may be returned to us

  • Re-delivery charges may apply

Please ensure your phone number and address are accurate.


7. Address Accuracy

PrimeZoon is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete location details

  • Wrong phone number

Please double-check your information during checkout.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

We will investigate and process replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.


9. Shipment Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Holidays

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier issues

  • Unexpected technical delays

We will assist you in tracking the shipment but cannot guarantee exact delivery timings.


10. Cash on Delivery (COD)

If COD is enabled:

  • Make sure to have the exact amount available

  • Refusing COD delivery without valid reason may lead to restrictions on your account
