PrimeZoon currently ships orders across all cities in Saudi Arabia, including:
Riyadh
Jeddah
Dammam
Makkah
Madinah
Khobar
And all other major regions
International shipping is not available at the moment.
Orders are processed within:
1–2 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays)
Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our delivery partner.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
Major Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Cities / Remote Areas: 4–7 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on courier load, weather conditions, or public holidays.
Shipping fees are displayed during checkout.
Charges may vary based on:
Customer’s location
Weight and size of the package
Ongoing promotions (e.g., free shipping offers)
Sometimes we offer Free Shipping on selected products or order values.
Once your order is dispatched:
You will receive a tracking number by SMS or email
You can track your shipment through the courier’s tracking link
If tracking details do not appear immediately, please allow a few hours for the system to update.
Our courier partner will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts.
If the customer is unreachable or the address is incorrect:
The package may be returned to us
Re-delivery charges may apply
Please ensure your phone number and address are accurate.
PrimeZoon is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:
Incorrect address
Incomplete location details
Wrong phone number
Please double-check your information during checkout.
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:
Report it within 48 hours

We will investigate and process replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Delivery may be delayed due to:

Courier issues
Unexpected technical delays
We will assist you in tracking the shipment but cannot guarantee exact delivery timings.
If COD is enabled:
Make sure to have the exact amount available
Refusing COD delivery without valid reason may lead to restrictions on your account
